Notice of Revocation of Living Trust Form

A Notice of Revocation of a Living Trust is used to terminate an existing living trust and call for the return of the trust assets to the person who placed the assets in the trust in the first place (called the “grantor”). In the absence of revoking the living trust, the assets in the trust will be distributed in accordance with the terms of the original living trust agreement when you die.
