We recognise that using self-help forms can be a little more difficult than one might first expect. For this reason, we offer a simple document review service that enables you to send your completed document to one of our estate planning team members to have them check whether, on the face of it, your document has been correctly signed and executed.

For customers that purchase this service, simply:

•  Log in to your user account using the Login button at the top of the screen.

•  Go to your message inbox.

•  Create a new message.

•  Attach a copy or photo (which you can take on your phone or laptop) of your executed document by using the “Choose a file” button and selecting a file/document to upload.

•  Click “Send” on your email.

•  We’ll review your document and let you know if it looks fine, or if there is anything missing that needs to be corrected.

If you have any queries along the way, we’ll do our best to answer your questions and make the process as easy as possible.

There’s one thing we should point out and that is that we don’t provide legal advice via EstateBee. So, we do limit our response to confirming whether your document appears to be validly executed. Of course, we’ll do our best to help you in any way we can.
