In order for us to do more for our customers, we are now actively working with a number of estate planning and probate lawyers to carry out will writing, probate and other estate administration services.
If you are interested in working with EstateBee to provide similar services, and have been practising as an estate planning lawyer for at least 10 years, then we’d love to hear from you.
We are particularly interested in partnering with lawyers in a variety of different states who are interested in carrying out fixed fee will writing and probate work for our customers based in that state.

Services will be provided via the EstateBee platform and communication will take place via EstateBee's internal communication system.
Yes, we wish to offer probate services to our customers and are partnering with estate planning lawyers to provide that service. Services will be provided via the EstateBee platform and communication will take place via EstateBee's internal communication system.
We structure remuneration on a lawyer by lawyer basis, but keep within specific parameters based on custom and practice in each particular state. We discuss and agree fees with each lawyer.
For Will writing, you will be paid when the work is complete. EstateBee takes the full payment from the customer up front and, when the work is complete, pays the lawyer.
