We strive to provide all our customers with a first class estate planning service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our products or services, then simply email us, tell us what the problem is and we will either correct the problem, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future EstateBee orders.

Guarantee Details

  1. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of our service, simply email us at customersupport@estate-bee.com and tell us how we can assist. All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  2. We will process your request within 5 business days of having received full details of your complaint.
  3. We will either correct the problem, provide a refund or offer credit that can be used for future EstateBee orders.
  1. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to retail stores.
  2. Our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by EstateBee – not issues arising due to the actions or inactions of third parties, or from changes to your situation or circumstances. That’s said, we will consider all matters fairly and equitably.
