Our reputation is very important to us and to help protect this, we won’t knowingly do business with any organisation that doesn’t share our commitment to dealing with stakeholders fairly and ethically. Our philosophy and commitment to principle is that simple.
We have created a community group on EstateBee’s website for the purpose of encouraging visitors and customer alike to interact with each other and to discuss estate planning matters. We compliment these discussions by having our own estate planning experts, as well as external lawyers and estate planners, participate in these discussions. This is just one of the ways that we give back to our community. We also have estate planning experts on hand to answer questions posed by customers and visitors. While we can’t answer all of the questions we receive; we do our best to address as many as we can. We’re also keen to support colleagues who volunteer or fundraise for charity and can provide time off and company support to facilitate time in the community. We are proud of our achievements to date and we will continue to encourage and promote a ‘give-back’ philosophy and culture within EstateBee.
We care for the environment and continually strive to incorporate environmental good practice into our workplace, taking a sustainable approach to waste management and minimising our use of resources across the business. We have taken large steps in delivering a paperless office and minimising business travel by using teleconferencing facilities to reduce the need to travel for meetings.
We recognise our responsibility to do business in a manner that protects and improves the environment for our future generations….and we strive to improve our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and waste every day.
EstateBee strives to work with charities and organisations that are either in some way local, or of interest to EstateBee employees. We are extremely proud of the fact that a percentage of all our online sales is donated to charities. We are also proud that our customers and community are given a say in deciding where large amounts of these charitable donations go. Charitable donations are at the heart of estate planning with many of our customers donating monies and other gifts to charities daily. This is something we are very proud to facilitate, and we work closely with charities to make it as easy as possible for our customers to make these donations.
