Deed of Assignment (One Individual)

This deed of assignment, which has been prepared and approved by lawyers, is for use by an individual who wishes to transfer assets to or from a revocable living trust agreement that he or she has created.

This document is not, however, to be used in relation to assets that require specific transfer documents to legally effect their transfer (such as real estate). It can be used for the transfer of assets which do not have specific title documents – such as cash, jewelry, furniture, art, wine, intellectual property, and so on.
