Deed of Assignment (Couple)

This deed of assignment, which has been prepared and approved by lawyers, is for use by a couple who wish to transfer assets to or from a revocable joint living trust that they have created.

This document is not, however, to be used in relation to assets that require specific transfer documents to legally effect their transfer (such as real estate). It can be used for the transfer of assets which do not have specific title documents – such as cash, jewelry, furniture, art, wine, intellectual property, and so on.
